Dean is excellent. He was friendly and kept me informed. He made sure my personal property was carefully packed and moved. An unrelated problem occurred while he was working in my house and he took the time to check it out and advise me how to deal with it.

Dean is very honest, was willing to come out even though it was late in the day and he was obviously tired. I really appreciate the fast response and the peace of mind when he found the problem was NOT Mold related. Thank you so much....

Dean and Ivan were great. Great price, great work. Only reason giving 4 1/2 stars and not five is that they took an extra half-day to get things done. Pushed out my contractor remodel by a day. Plan to use them again.

Dean did a mold inspection for us. He was extremely thorough. He's not afraid of dark attics or tight space basements. He looked everywhere even on the roof to check for leaks. We came out clean but Dean did do a little patching around the pipes on the roof because he found a few small cracks that may have become a problem later. His prices were very reasonable and he did the work quickly and efficiently. Very happy with Continental. Would highly recommend them.

They were extremely professional and timely. They did a very efficient job. We really appreciated that they cleaned up each day the area in which they worked and when they were done, everything was clean. We also liked that they let us know in advance what all the steps would be and what we could expect. They even finished ahead of schedule and the final cost was a little bit less than expected. After the heavy rainfalls in January 2017, mold was found on my property. I had a mold inspector come in and remediation was recommended immediately. I contacted Continental Remediation Services and Dean responded ASAP. He explained everything to me and even called the inspector, then him and his crew went to work. Dean was very thorough and did not leave the job until the mold inspector came back and inspected the property again and he was satisfied that everything was done to his satisfaction and the property was declared safe. The folks at CONTINENTAL REMEDIATION SERVICE were truly, professional. I highly recommend this company.

I have been wondering about an area on my bedroom carpet that led me to believe that I have a mold problem. So I looked on Angie's List and I called Continental Remediation Services. This is where I met Dean Sheldon. He was very informative the get go and assured me that if I had a mold problem, he would be able to identify it and if I didn't he'd make a few suggestions to determine what I did have. Dean showed up on time, inspected the area I had called about and luckily for me, it turned out that it wasn't mold nor a bacterial problem. He suggested I call a rug cleaning company or use a topical rug cleaner and see if that would solve my situation. He told me that he'd rather tell his clients the truth up front than cost the client a financial nightmare or worse. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his dedication to his business. I would recommend him to make the right diagnosis the first time so that if there were a future need, the client would feel he could depend on Dean's professionalism. Contacted Dean at Continental Remediation Services after being referred by Home Advisor--request to check out a possible mold issue. Dean arrived the following day on time!! After he inspected the site we received the good news that we did NOT have a mold problem. Dean was friendly and very informative! Highly recommend!
